The seller was very friendly when it came to the issue I had with my order. When I received my item, it looked nothing like the photo at all. The material and pattern were wayyy different. I contacted them stating I would like a return. The seller refunded me with no problem. I hate to leave neutral feedback but the listing they have on there is false advertising. They should post pictures of the Loki cosplay you are ACTUALLY getting. It’s not faux leather. It’s a cheap, flimsy material.
