  This item arrived in a damaged inner package that was clearly like that when sent as the outer package was in good condition. The connections clips and filter were missing. After repeatedly asking for these to be sent I was stuffed around and the missing items were not sent. Instead They want me to return the pump at my cost. Do not buy from these people as they don't supply what they say and refuse to properly support or put right their supply mistakes. Utterly disgusted.

  After leaving this feedback they finally offered to send a new pump. But only on the condition that I first change my above feedback to 'favourable', which is against Ebay seller rules. After telling them many times what they asked was against Ebay rules, they sent a link for changing feedback, demanding I change it or no service. But I have decided to cut my losses, and not to be bullied by dishonest ripoff merchants with no idea of customer service or respect for the platform they use.
