The delivery and description was perfect but the charger arrived broken. The company didn't offer to replace the item but to refund a part of the purchase cost. We negotiated it to 75% so that I could purchase an alternative here in UK. All well in the end but took a bit of time. They did respond to each message quickly and clearly. I would use them again as the product now works a treat. Just hope the product inspection and/or packaging is a bit improved.

Dreadful delivery outcome. 10 days. They use Evri, who here in Cornwall haven't got a local driver as yet. Evri don't use their own vans and drivers are all self-employed and poorly paid so it'll never be that good. They sat on package for 9 days in local depot. Seller's responsibility for courier and any problems not mine. Poor communication, suspect it all goes via China. Product itself is good value but not when you needed it a week before. Wouldn't recommend sellers using Evri in Cornwall

The item was shipped promptly. Had problem with delivery company EVRI. They claim attempted to deliver twice. However on both days of notice someone was in all day no calling cards left. Item never arrived. The tracking diary displayed the courier failure. Seller however was fantastic keeping in touch and swiftly offering to replace or refund. A quick refund was the best option which they did very quickly. A great seller but EVRI transport what a joke
