The seller advised there were quality issues with the item. They weren't usable, unfinished hoses and the zips didn't work. Initially they offered a 30% refund, then sending a new set - I ordered four- but then said that they couldn't send a replacement and offered a 50% refund. I asked again for a full refund and this has now been given. The seller did say that they were expecting a new batch in at some point, maybe they will be better. All in all they did give a full refund. So all was well.

These people think all British people are stupid. Think carefully before you do business with them. They advertised a pot same size different colours, the bright colour one was £26 the dull colour one was £9.23. I tried to buy the cheap one but was told the postal services refused to take it, they refunded my money. I said if they would not take mine then they would not take any others as they are all the same. How would they carry on with their business? They did not want to sell too cheap!
