  The seller agreed to rectify the issue of damaged delivery, no-quibble and promptly too. While it was obviously not the seller who damaged the goods (this plainly happening within the postal journey), I feel that stronger packaging would greatly reduce this recurring issue, even if this incurs a higher price. The items would be a lovely addition to your Christmas tree.
