Item hard to put together no instructions when said their would be I bought 2 rails. It says can hold lots of heavy jackets. I had a professional fit them today cost me £60 to have put up builded used plasterboard plugs he's been doin his job over 15yrs the rails have been on walls for 8hrs just heard a massive bang which set my ptsd off and one of the rails ripped out the wall making x2 3inx3in holes in my walls now I have to pay to fix holes and have pole either put up if possible or return 1

Awful customer service. Not in England or UK at all. Have no idea what they are talking about. I saw the Union Jack on the advert and thought it would be an English company and it's not it's Chinese. Rubber seal Parts missing from both brass connectors, won't seal correctly as the jubilee clips are cheap so diesel sprays everywhere. No intruction manual. Hose has a massive kink in it, the handle itself also leaks. It's very loud. Cheap rubbish stay away from it
