    After my original review where I explained how the item delivered was not as advertised, I reached out to the seller for a refund. They then went on to state that the only way they d refund me is if I promised to give them a new five star review, even after I said that s unethical and goes against eBay s policies and reported it to eBay (who have taken no action). This is why I urge you to consider that none of the reviews of this seller are accurate and most likely just people wanting a refund.

    After 5 weeks cushions did not arrive. I queried. Was told to wait a further 7 weeks, so I asked for a refund. I was NOT fully refunded despite eBay stepping in. Total purchase made $187.14. (Cost plus postage) Refund I received $155.31 (Item cost only). I was NOT refunded the $31.83 postage costa I paid. I provided screenshots twice as proof but seller still did not refund the postage I paid for goods that did not arrive. I do NOT recommend this seller. Poor customer service! Buyers beware!
