  Received earrings sets in boxes without its tops, (seller didn't post on listing, so l was not aware of these missing tops). l text seller, ask for partial refund but refused. Then messaged again to at least replace the missing tops or to send complete boxes but never replied. Be aware of this seller ask questions before purchasing because the description might not be accurate. Then you will be very disappointed with your purchase and on top of that seller might refuse work things out with you.
