Item as described. I waited two weeks for delivery then when I asked when it would be delivered, I was refunded the payment! They asked me to return the item when it arrived (at my own expense!) It did eventually arrive and I don't blame them for the delay, bearing in mind the time of year, but I'm not impressed by their attitude to customers.

You open disputes with attitude,when you could just send a message and ask nicely. . We also ask for patience ,your comment proves if you'd waited another 24hrs max you would have the item,. Guess what, we aren't Royal Mail and i GUARANTEE you won`t make any complaint to them about their speed.Had you read the listing and been patient we wouldn't even be here listening to your pathetic rant.The delay could have been your fault ie mistake in address,we didn't get that far as you opened a dispute

Item rec'd quickly and as advertised. Great transaction. Decals were smaller than envisioned. My fault, not the sellers. I ordered larger size right after getting these. Second order is taking much longer to receive than first order did.

your first order was sent same day, second order you bought last thing on a Friday so it wasn't sent until Monday. Also UK to USA mail is extremely random and not something we control i`m afraid.
