    Wrong branded item sent, received “it luggage” and not “Rock” suitcase. Seller mentioned likely wrongly catalogued by supplier, but I thought they are the supplier. Asked if item could be picked up rather than me having to drop off as item is big, they mention will look into it, and then no response after that. Ended up travelling 45 mins one way to the nearest ParcelForce to drop item off. Notice another person had similar experience with this seller and gave negative feedback also.

    Hi there thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It is correct that the wrong item had been catalogued. I did advise that the item could be collected on Monday during Parcelforce's collection hours (NOT ON A WEEKEND) however you printed a returns label via ebay and didn't wait. You were refunded as soon as the item was handed over to parcelforce. A 45 minute drive could have been avoided if you had waited until the Monday. A full apology was offered as soon as it was raised.
