    Unfortunately,I did not receive either of the two polishes which I ordered. Delivery was supposed to be, at the latest by the 17/7. The Seller said they were posted on the 11/7. The Seller said it was the Post Office's slow delivery and 2nd class post takes up to 10 days. It is now the 27th and I have still not received them. On the 24th I asked ebay for my payment to be returned which they have initiated..
