  Really amazing customer service. Got a signed pop that was damaged during shipping. They got me a new one replaced at no cost. The new pop was in terrific condition and well protected for shipping.   Shipping was fast. Unfortunately, possibly due to cold winter here (making plastic more fragile), there was small damage to the package, but the sender offered a partial refund, which I accepted gladly, considering the item was already soooo cheap. Unfortunately, because of that I have to leave 4 stars instead of 5 for item description, but I'm 100% confident it was in the described state when leaving and not the seller's fault. So, overall great experience and recommended seller!
