  Really happy with the next day delivery. Well packaged and the items were new. Sealed and new. Only issue is it was listed 2 toners and 1 cream. When I contacted the seller they told me it was a mistake in listing so please change this so other people will not be disappointed. Other than that it was positive.

  I ordered this as it was shown to be the exact probiotic pate I was using for my dog that the store I normally buy from had sold out I trusted the sellers description and the identical product photo he shows, however it arrived the next day but to be very disappointed to find the box was totally different the pate had different ingredients and the colour of the paste was a black tar colour and very bad smell, where the original one is a pale creamy brown, contacted seller but replied was same

  The reason why I’m giving a negative feedback is because I received only one product instead of two as advertised. I contacted the seller to explain why is it I am receiving only one item but not two as advertised, two days ago, no response, I gave then enough time to respond back, no response after two days. This is so unprofessional.
