Excellent communication, snails arrived extremely well packaged and in great condition in tubs ready to be introduced to the pond. All snails a great size and grown well with strong shell shapes.

Snails were dead on arrival and a LOT smaller than he advertised. Now being very awkward. I have sent photo evidence but he says the snails were OK and the right size. He obviously has no idea what 6mm and 6cm are as the snails were 6mm but advertised as 6cm. NEVER buy from this seller. Shame I didn't check his feedback first as if I did I would never have bought feom him in the first place

Thank you for your feedback. Unlike other sellers, I never delete negative reviews. I don't want to deceive buyers. After you informed me about the error in the listing, I corrected it immediately. I'm very sorry that we couldn't come to an agreement. However, you can't ignore hundreds of positive reviews. Out of 150 orders, there are only 3 negative reviews. And thanks to those negative reviews, my service is improving. Please don't ignore good feedback as well.
