    I ordered item for 40th birthday present unfortunately received a general birthday box with no mention of 40th birthday therefore contained different items from order photos. I contacted to receive refund and received an invalid QR Evri code which didn't work at the store. Made contact again and was given a post office QR code which again didn't work! Eventually received a full refund so happy in the end I got my money back.
