  It’s incredibly rare for me to leave negative feedback, but this warrants it. I was sent a pair of hoop earrings but one was broken on delivery. I contacted the seller on 17 May. It is now 9 June, with no replacement. This item is incredibly cheap to purchase so this is likely why the quality is low, but this is no excuse for the lack of service. I wouldn’t recommend their products nor their services. To the seller: Don’t bother sending me a replacement. I don’t want your sub-optimal product.
