  Item as described, new. Was posted next day after purchase but took about a week and a half to arrive so if you're after something immediate - be aware of this, but wasn't a concern for me.   The fascinator arrived damaged and flat due to being folded in a small bag, but the seller was excellent and within two days of contacting her I had a refund and told not to return the fascinator. I feel that was a mistake with the packaging as the bag was far too small so the hat did not resemble the picture., but the seller was excellent in the way she responded to my emails and gave a refund

  I was initially sent graphite pencils not charcoal as ordered. When I contacted the seller they offered an acceptable discount and I have reordered since using this discount with which I was very pleased. My grandchildren will be receiving the graphite pencils. This seller has been very helpful.

  The product arrived in pristine condition. The packaging was secure - a brand-new sealed product. This seller wowed me by selling the item at good value for money. The material is VERY high-quality textured material and looks/feels really good physically, though I am worried about the magnet within being somehow badly lodged within the product as it seems to have some slack & may one day rip out or dislodge. The product was shipped fairly late compared to the purchase date. Otherwise, A+ seller.
