  Item advertised as a pack of 16. When parcel arrived it only contained 12. Contacted seller whose only response was “sorry “ Order .some more the 16 pack was a mistake. Basically they didn’t want to know! They had me over a barrel as I needed the other 4 light fittings to complete a job,and didn’t want to risk getting them elsewhere and them looking different from the rest Very poor service in my opinion!
