Nice idea but doesn't work
I bought one of these to keep my dog from climbing into the front of the car & being a distraction whilst driving, it prevented that for 5 minutes at most. It is not possible to clamp it in tight enough to stop it from being pulled down and the horizontal bars can be popped out of their holders too easily. It has took major modifications to make it dog resistant.

As good as B&D

No way these should be listed as durable.
Not durable at all. Two out of the thee of them broke on the first use without any significant force on them. The plastic they have been moulded from has lots of small bubbles throughout it weakening the plastic allowing them to snap quite easily.
