    Firstly, these are good value compared to other sellers and delivery was next day. Packaging was awful for such a heavy item. Mine arrived faulty out of the box. They wanted me to return it so they could inspect it after asking many daft questions and demanding a video which is difficult for something that doesn’t work. I couldn’t wait for the turnaround time so I bought another one (this one worked fine) and asked for refund on the first one. I got there in the end but it was a bit frustrating

    Not used much yet Condition was new as advertised quality seems okay .good value overall Disappointed that the mower had been transported on its side. had to spend a fair bit of time cleaning oil off mower and clean air filter . contacted seller who replied immediately with advice and guidance Maybe packaging needs to show necessary orientation during transit to prevent this occurring again ?

After struggling to put the cutter together, finally worked it out, the instructions are terrible and could do with being re-written and better quality images/explanations, that being said it's a great bit of kit, great value for money, the back pack is heavy but not a problem, may take a bit of time to get used to. overall very happy with purchase.
