  Parts of the castle are missing (not mentioned) but overall ok for the price paid. Main reason for feedback is the item was sent out over a week after payment was received so eventually received it arrived 11 days after I paid for it! No explanation until I had to contact the seller! Also postage cost £3.85 but I was charged 5.99! Wrapped in a bin liner so no extra costs for packaging!

  Hi your money did not process to my bank account till about a week and I paid £2.00 worth of bubble wrap to protect the itam before the bin liner so the pound that you think you paid over didn’t even cover the bubble wrap as you do not realise but i put my own money towards the bubble wrap as the postage and packaging you paid would not cover it so rather than assuming be sure before you leave negative feedback on someone the itam cost I pay promotion fees with that (you got a bargain)

  Firstly it does not take that long to process payments! Two/three days at the most! You went days over the time stated by ebay for delivery. Also I paid £2 over for postage not £1! I left a neutral and not a negative comment (although I should have)! Some of the main parts of the castle were missing that were not mentioned or I would not have bought it. It's not a bargain if it doesn't do what it should have! If I had known I would have paid a bit more for a complete one!

  The seller only responded once. I have still not received my item and no response from seller I have been ignored even after asking for tracking detail and for a refund. Very disappointed and my son is sad too.
