On the curtain header tape, strings had been pulled through, item was described as good condition and no mention of a repair needed, to be able to hang curtains. I received a quote of £7.50 to fix. Sent photo to Seller, seller apologised as hadn’t checked item, gave instruction on how to fix, refused any repair fees as felt had already discounted and offered to send a courier.
