  Great Ebayer - we had a tiny issue with the item I bought as it had a missing part (which its more than likely they didn't know was missing until I received it and checked) but they worked to come to an excellent solution and I'm happy with the outcome so as far as I'm concerned this seller is genuine and hard working and can be trusted as they did everything they could to resolve this issue and no need to return goods or anything like that.   I purchased what was advertised as an authentic Ralph Lauren item, but what I received was clearly a fake.There were no original tags, the materials were of extremely poor quality,and the design did not match anything listed on the official Ralph Lauren website. It's obvious this item is not genuine.To make matters worse, the seller refused to issue a refund. This seller is not legitimate and is selling counterfeit products.Total scam. I strongly do NOT recommend buying anything from this seller

  Ordered 21st - Chased on 31st as had not been dispatched. Asked to cancel it as I couldn't cancel it myself. Turns up on 4th January in a flimsy cardboard envelope, no padding, no protection of any kind for a 30 year old vintage game. Contact buyer privately to leave feedback - no replies.

  You ordered at 04:40 on the 23rd. I have 1 week despatch time as it was Xmas, coupled with the holidays mean it was despatched well within the window. The “flimsy” box was good enough for Amazon to deliver items in so.. Also don’t threaten with feedback extortion or a partial refund via message, just open a return if you’re not happy. Happy new year!
