If you want to give up this is the only real way
I read this the first time took me 6 weeks to read but still felt like smoking couple months down the line I decided to give it another go on my day off in between house work etc I read the book and at 10 pm that same night smoked my last cigarette, I had no cravings and the smell of smoke to this day is horrible that was 13 years ago wish I had it sooner . I was 60 a day , I do say do not miss bits that you think you have read in the book previously as that is all part of it read every single bit . Good luck .

Life saver
I have a long legged King Charles cavalier and I bought medium and they are perfect he is old and sleeps on my bed but when he stirs he can not control himself these are a lifesaver I still put a training pad under his blanket as he can wee for England but no more washing duvets and buying new quilts
