2 of 2 found this helpful I'm older, was getting loads of bruises on my arms. My wife also. Read about this Rutin. Tried it. Takes about 30 days to see the results. The results are outstanding!! Both of us were having the bruises, now neither of us has the problem. My arms look like I'm 25 not in my 70's!!

No more.
I'm over 65, active,vegetarian, Now starting third bottle of 60. 2 per day, sometimes 4. So far a non event. No increased energy, no weight loss I can attribute to this. No appetite reduction. Just tells me reduce calories and exercise more. No quick fuixes.
