An underrated classic 90s film

A few things right, but so many things wrong with this awful game-transferred-into-film adaptation.
This film had so much potential.
90% of the characters look and sound like the characters from the game, or how I imagined it.
Problem is, they got the casting horribly wrong with Van Damme as Guile (who is American in the game), and Kylie Minogue who is like a barbie-doll version of Cammie.
It's lucky she's a decent singer because she can't act for sh*t.
Raul Julia is near-perfect as the villain, M. Bison, but even he can't save this stinkfest.
Still, it's just about watchable.
