Work well for me
Worked for me, and I like the taste and flavour.

Helps
I found this has helped me to stop smoking, but found I did have to careful not to re place cigarettes with this product, overall it is a short term help, but does require you to have some will power to actually stop.

Works for me
A good alternative to medicinal products as there are virtually no side effects that I have experienced, so safer to use daily, it works for me.
