Neat triband scanning HT

Enjoying this neat triband HT and meeting some good hams on the 220 band. The scan feature is super for finding activity on the VHF/UHF bands and programming via the computer was a snap with the supplied cable.

Works like the originals - saved $$s by doing it myself

Works perfect - just like the original remotes when they were new. Saved money by getting these remotes and programming them myself. Tip: Except for the parts of programming that have to be done fairly quickly - don't rush. Being that this was my first time I made the mistake of rushing through the steps, once I slowed down it went right into programming mode (power door locks lock and unlock two times). Save money by doing it yourself - it's not difficult.

Low cost replacement radiator

Radiator looks and works good; about half the price of other radiators. Something about the fit was slightly off and I had to remove the top radiator cushion on the driver's side which was no longer staying on the shroud anyway. The top of the fan blade would bind on the shroud with the cushion on -strange, and counter intuitive. If you are in a hurry to get a radiator you may want to look elsewhere; it took seven business days from the time I ordered it to arrive, I can drive to the warehouse that it came from in an hour or so - so what took so long?
