A Difficult Tap to find
This company was the only one I found that supplied this unusual tap. It was for an antique door knob fitting. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, not surprisingly, as it was from China. I have now cut 3 threads into mild steel spindles and they are fine. The tap looks and behaves like a good quality tap would do.

Am Very Happy with the New Screen
The new screen works as expected and is indistinguishable form the original.

Clean Sodium Metal
I have never seen sodium metal supplied without oil, but sealed within a nitrogen gas bag. It was much easier to use and was in excellent condition. It was also very cheap, as compared to major chemical US/UK companies.
