Absolutely love this wooden stool …it’s perfect for the space I’ll be putting it in…great price and can’t thank the seller enough (Ryan) who was extremely helpful and kept me informed along the way. I had a wobble thinking it wasn’t going to arrive on time (moving house in a few days) but he soon reassured me… 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 service from a top seller - I will definitely be making future purchases and I’ll submit a photograph once in the new home.

Sadly item is poorly made and seller is dismissive of its flaws. Item arrived poorly packaged, with visible splinters protruding and clearly not sanded as not one inch of the top piece of wood is smooth! Seller hadn’t offered so much as an apology and was rather dismissive as ‘no issues had been encountered with other buyers’.. surely this isn’t the basis to refute my claims when photographic evidence clearly highlighted its flaws / poor craftsmanship. I would avoid sadly.

You have felt the need to reply insulting our business and our processes that you know nothing about, We don't have an issue working with a customer if they are unhappy with one of our products, However, this does not give you the right to speak & insult people like you have kind regards Ryan
