love them but use with caution

These have a powerful pull. If you twist them too hard and leave them on too long they will cause water blisters. Better too wear in shorter lengths of time wait an hour or so and repeat. Play with the time and pressure until you figure out what works for you. Any blisters will heal if you stop use. But even water from the shower until they heal causes unexpected pain.
