Brilliant product
4 of 4 found this helpful This is my second bottle of the Raw apple cider vinegar after reading reviews about health benefits, I was sceptical but thought nothing to lose. I have 1 teaspoon in a quarter glass of water in a morning and same around 6pm, (try not to take late at night as it gives you the energy boost) and I am amazed how much more better I feel it stops the lethargic feeling I had. After a month of taking it I have also lost 5lbs in weight as it works well to control cravings. Even a main meal I can't eat fully and I stay fuller for longer, that part I love. One negative is the taste but for how it helps you who cares. This is one product I will continue taking, I suffer with hypertension so when I have it checked again I would like to know if the apple cider vinegar helps control this too as I heard it does.
