A Superior All-Natural; Health-Enhancing And Highly Bio-Available Product
Having done my due diligence by extensively researching this product prior to purchase; and subsequently adding it to other carefully researched health-protecting products (i.e. grounding mats and sheets; faraday cages and shungite crystals etc. in order to mitigate the impact of WiFi; EMF and impending 5G radiation being constantly emitted from smart meters; computers; cell phones etc.); this without doubt is a serious immune booster and mineral-rich body re-balancing product and powerful antioxidant that has a myriad of other known health benefits and remarkable qualities. In my view, I do consider this to be an alternative to taking health supplements in tablet form that I have since been scaling down and phasing out, as the bulk of which are merely made up of binders and fillers.
Known by other names such as 'Mineral Pitch'; 'Mumiyo' and 'Pitch Tar' to name a few; in summary, Shilajit is an organic plant-based mineral complex exudate that emanates from the crevices of rocks, which over time, forms as a result of decomposed and compressed plant matter. This resinous deposit can be found in the mountain ranges of Russia (Altai region), Nepal, the Himalayas, Karakoram (spanning the borders between China, India and Pakistan), Mongolia, and northern Chile; where it is known as Andean Shilajit.
Containing chemically active fulvic acid; it also boasts over 84 naturally and ionically balanced minerals; amino acids; hormones; fatty acids; vitamins; flavinoids; terpenoids; ketones; phospholipids and other trace elements whose bioavailability all act with immediate effect at a molecular and cellular level when utilized by the body's cells. Unlike tablets, that when passing into the gut, can take some considersble time in which to break down (and in some instances not at all) prior to absorption.
Coming in various marketable forms as well - powdered and in capsules; my personal preference for this is in its resinous state. Its viscosity being very thick and sticky (i.e. tar-like) ranges in colour from yellowish-brown to blackish-brown.
Using a long handled stainless steel chemistry spatula (or tip of a metal teaspoon; plastic will break) and taken 2-3 times a day, a dosage between that of a rice grain to a pea size for the past couple of months; it dissolves easily in warm water and has an earthy yet slightly bitter taste, with a mild tar-like odour which doesn't bother me at all. However, for those who can't deal with the taste, it can be easily masked when mixed into other liquids.
A 100g jar has approximately 200 servings - equating to roughly about a 10-11 month supply. This also makes it great value for money too.
Personally, I feel an improvement in my overall well-being with increased energy levels, clarity and an easing up of some health concerns. I have also been feeding a solution of it to my houseplants, showing surprisingly positive and encouraging results. With each watering session, cuttings have grown rampant, and a giant cheese plant has been consistently producing between 4-6 new leaves every other week.
As with all things ingested; a couple of words of caution. Raw and unprocessed Shilajit can also contain fungus; free radicals; heavy metal ions and other contaminants. It is vital to purchase Shilajit from a reputable company/seller whose credentials can be verified, and able to provide a laboratory analysis certification of the stringent purification process in which it has to have undergone prior to sale and consumption. Beware of Shilajit that smells pungent; tastes astringent, or dissolves in alcohol or oil; it'll most likely be fake.
Secondly, whilst generally safe to take; it is imperative (as with all things in life) that you initially do your research in order to rule out any contraindications if you have any pre-existing health issues - i.e. sickle cell anaemia; serious heart condition; high blood pressure; thalassaemia; haemochromatosis etc. Or if generally in doubt, consult your doctor prior to usage.
Whilst I am no medical practitioner; nor profess to have all the answers either; based on my own observations becoming evident within days of taking it; I can only provide an anecdotal review of this highly recommended health supplement and product, of which since its use, have introduced to family and friends. Furthermore, given how we are all unique; each individual operates at their own pace and results may vary. I truly hope that you too may realize and experience its positive benefits as I have.

An Innovative & Effective Product
A highly recommended, lightweight; easy-to-assemble waterproof bed hammock that is surprisingly sturdy and attached to two steel wires and four suction pads - two of which are fixed onto the hammock itself, and the other two are toggled onto the wires. Very pleased with this item. 'The cat' took up permanent residency... 3.5 weeks ago!

A Superb Quality Oil That Comes Highly Recommended!
A very good quality oil that was bought purposely for use with an electric oil diffuser.
The strength of the scent permeated the entire property and remained so all day which was also a pleasant surprise considering just a small amount of the oil was used.
