Great for quick jelly-like desserts
I use gelatine quite a lot in making jellies with fruit and vegetable juices, and also cream & chocolate panna cottas, mousses, etc., because it is a delicious way to incorporate healthy collagen into the diet. I find it convenient to buy it in large quantities like this. I bought it from this seller a few times, I am very pleased with the product. You can see in the photos a few desserts I made with it. So versatile!
