    a brilliant purchase - packed with great care (not everyone realises how easily bookmarks can crease) and everything in even better condition than it appeared on the photos. I also appreciated the detailed message enclosed, explaining about postal delays. In fact there was no problem as it reached me only two days after purchase. I am very impressed with this seller and would recommend her.

    Sadly a part of the Trekking Pole was missing on arrival by post. It seems it may have come out of the packaging. The Seller was extremely apologetic and quick to help. The refund was made super quickly. It is unfortunate for both parties, however I cannot fault the Sellers care in resolving the issue in a very timely manner. I have scored the Item Description as 5* as I am certain that the Item was complete when posted and the parts I received were definitely new.

    As ordered arrived in good condition - except Customs had a mess about with Parcel. Had a Lovely hand written message enclosed , explaining about the custom checking on the the Seller parcel at customs. This did delay my goods a little, but Customs have to do their jobs. I will the Seller all the Best for the future and will Certainly buy again. Thankyou
