  you should be ashamed of yourself, conning an 82 year old out of 80 pounds, then refusing them a refund, and telling them if they want their money back to open a case. what sort of person are you. absolutely disgusting.

  Firstly how am I aware how old the purchaser is? It clearly states on the description that there were no returns and the listing was done genuinely and in good faith based on the serial number. I am sorry that the release date was not stated correctly but that is not my fault. I wanted EBAY'S advice on how to proceed. I have now refunded the amount. If you look at my feedback in general it is positive as I am a genuine and honest seller. There is no need to be so aggresive and rude.
