Good value, good quality
This is a sturdy and well made garden stool. The storage pockets are deep enough to take tools without the lot falling out. It is comfortable to sit on and looks like it will hold up well to a lot of use. The fabric is good quality as are all the fixings. The colours are nice too. It is lightweight enough to cart around easily even with tools in it.

Good quality tool
This is a substantial, well made yet light to handle tool that looks like it will last a long time. However I found it difficult to use due to the combination of a very long handle and the fact that I'm only 5'1. I found it very hard to get enough leverage to enable me to remove turf effectively and in the end I gave up and went back to my trusty little border shovel. That said, the ground and turf roots were very compacted so I don't know if it would perform better in looser soil. I will persevere though, as it could just be that I didn't get the hang of it first time.

Does what it says on the tin
This Hammerite direct to rusy paint is a lovely colour and goes on easily.. Two coats are definitely necessary on heavily rusted areas but the coverage is good and drips are minimal. I painted a two seater garden seat with lots of scrolls and fiddly bits and used about a third of a 750ml tin for one coat. Although I was painting in the shade, it was warm and the brush started to get a bit clogged as the paint dried quickly on it and it seemd to thickn in the tin so I would recommend regular stirring and wiping the brush to stop lumps transferring to the painted area. It would be perfect if this colour (wild thyme) was available in a spray can.
