Great shock
2 of 2 found this helpful Replaced this shock with the same thing. CTD works and takes the guess work out of finding the right adjustment. This shock is active and plush. I use it for trails, xc, light downhill, handles 4ft drops without drama, makes easy work of rock gardens.

Used for 20 years
I've used this same gauge since 1997. I've tested against newer digital gauges recently and it's still accurate. The seal over the valve stem requires practice to get it right every time but it continues to work after 20 years of regular use.

Dakine
Good quality, comfortable, true to size, vent well enough. I've only used them for about 10 hrs seat time and they haven't been crash tested. There is no padding but I like that, and touch screen sensitivity is sketchy, something to consider if that matters to you.
