These have worked a treat , will sat you need to use for about a week consistently before you get any real results but they do start to work instantly, They do make you wee a lot which is what there meant to do, Titalky herbal which is a plus and real values for money , I will certainly be buying for future comps and already recommended to 4 other people who have bought and seen real results, Great for Athletes who want rid of that excess water, RECOMMEND THIS
