They are a mixed bag!
The mirror is not glass and not flat, and the image gets distorted. The mirror moves/vibrates a lot when the car travels over 30MPH. And the range of motor movement is too short and I can not turn it IN far enough to see the edge of my car, which I like to see as a reference. On the good side, the outer shell is almost an exact match and it fits the Land Cruiser both mechanically and electrically. Note that the internal parts are incompatible with the original Toyota mirror, so do not buy if you plan to use it's parts. But given the price, it is not a bad value. I hope I get used to it after driving with them longer.

Good value
It's a good product for the money but it does not have as much torque as I had expected. I have not measured the torque to see if it is actually 30 as advertised or not.

works as advertised
I have tried several other dimmers, such as Lutron, and none works as well as these with low wattage LEDs, They are expensive however.
