Item listed was for a new unused Fitbit but the item sent wasn’t working and was old, damaged and filthy with a missing charger and not the item pictured. The seller said he didn’t want to open the box to check it but the box had no seal. I returned it and got a refund for the purchase (after 3 days and several emails), but not the return postage as agreed. I paid £80 and he has now relisted it for £14.99 + p&p. Avoid at all costs.
