Worth that little bit more
Clever idea throwing it into a book. Contains as you would expect from Green Day all the song lyrics in hand-written form and a handy little insert for the CD. 12 out of 10 for this effort!

30 Seconds Top Of The World
The second album release from Jared Leto (of FightClub fame) and the gang - and the best of their 3 albums to date! Contains great anthems "The Kill", "Attack" and the title track "A Beautiful Lie". Must-have album for the growing army of fans of this quartet, of which I am a convert, and the deluxe version contains a dvd which will keep you entertained for ages!

A Superb follow-up to American Idiot
Is there nothing that this band produces mediocre? Far and away the best band on thr planet in the last 20 years, 21st Century Breakdown follows on superbly from American Idiot and in some of the songs, is even edgier. "Know Your Enemy" is a traditional punk 3-chord sung with energy and passion, "East Jesus Nowhere" takes the p*ss out American religious fanatics and "21 Guns" will live on as one of the great anti-war chants of all time alongside "Give Peace A Chance" and "Born In The USA". The title song has a great video to it, but the best song on the album is the hard-hitting, in-your-face "Horseshoes & Handgrenades". If you've not seen this band live, sell your granny to get a ticket - you won't regret it!
