  Item arrived broken, seller attempted to replace, 2nd shipment also arrived broken. Zero protective packaging or fragile indicators other than standard USPS shipping box that very clearly was crushed due to it being larger than the product. Appreciate sellers attempts to resolve, however no effort was taken to fix the actual problem. Product itself was genuine and exactly as advertised and is a great box set for ICP fans.
