Should be renamed, GHD 'Heaven'
1 of 1 found this helpful Prior to purchasing the Eclipse, I had owned a GHD styler that was many, many years old. It was used religiously until one day it simply no longer woke up. I held great faith within the GHD brand as I had only had positive experiences. I was very excited to research and delve into another journey.
From the moment I unpackaged my new styler I was astounded by the technical (and aesthetic!) advancements. The Eclipse glistens and is beautifully light. It has a swivel cable which allows for easy styling that places zero stress on the wires.
The on/off switch was a real advancement from my old model. It's now a button that you briefly press and hold; a tune plays when the styler has reached its heat or to say goodbye.
As for the styling capabilities; I couldn't be happier! I'm a medically disabled user and I struggle with immense weakness in my arms. Hair styling is difficult at the best of times. My last GHD required multiple passes; but the Eclipse is light, smooth, a definite single pass and finally the results last all day!!
My GHD Eclipse shines brightly with it's ease of use, performance and aesthetic appeal; easiest 5 star rating. This is one product I would hate to be without.
