OK Book
Unfortunate the picture used to illustrate what I was buying showed an earlier version. I'm not very upset, but as I have six others, all from the same edition, I am less pleased than I would have been!

Misleading instructions
1 of 1 found this helpful The cartridge arrived as promised; however, the instructions told me to 'pull the paper out firmly'; there was no paper on this model. This caused a serious delay while I took the printer back to the shop to check I had not misunderstood. All fixed now, but a regrettable error.
