I had assumed the canvas was going to be sent rolled in a tube, but it was wrapped only in a black bin liner with no cardboard stiffener. The postman fed the 3-foot long floppy painting through the letter-box! Definitely not a recommended seller.

Brilliant, reliable, easy to use
Great product for all cat owners as perfect for feeding your cat when going away for the night and even when you know you're going to be late home from work. It's easy to use and the cooler keeps the wet food fresh. It is easy to clean.
It needs a quality AA battery. Once the battery has been inserted you'll hear 'ticking', however you must also move the start switch which is underneath the feeder in order to actually start the timer. The C20 can be used for one meal for 2 cats or 2 meals for 1 cat.
