A great movie with a great cast.
A work of historical fiction is mainly set in the New York City area from 1902 until 1912 where a young black pianist becomes embroiled in the lives of an upper-class white family set among racial tensions, infidelity, violence, and other nostalgic events.

An enthralling Indian historical biographical drama with A.R. Rahman score
This 2005 Indian historical biographical drama retraces the life of Mangal Pandey, an Indian soldier known for helping to spark the Indian rebellion of 1857. I thouroughly enjoyed watching this movie which mixes historical drama with Western style action and Bollywood style music and dancing.
