Excellent bass , but be careful buying used
This is a brilliant bass with a superb sound , a really lovely thump ! and the pick ups have a surprising amount of gain so really loud . Extremely comfortable to play , so if you are chasing a retro sound this is definitely the one for you . Most important thing to watch out for when buying second hand is that this bass has a floating bridge , not a problem on its own . But when I bought mine I was unable to tune it properly and the intonation was all wrong . The previous owner said that he just didn't have the time to learn on it , but being a guitarist figured he would just stick with that . I discovered after a couple of days puzzling , that the bridge was 20mm out of position, so it never would be in tune ! When I moved the bridge to its correct position everything fell into place and it now plays beautifully . Trouble is that there is a mark on the body now where the bridge used to be , not a problem , but annoying and unnecessary. Apart from that it gets the thumbs up from me

Waste of money
When I bought this I did not expect it to be made of flimsy , hollow plastic .I expected it to be made of metal . I have to say that I doubt the description of being " genuine fender parts " .

A well received Xmas gift
Bought for my daughter who has 12month old baby . She was delighted with the simplicity of use and quality of the machine. She is now a convert
