Learn why your brain doesn't always work in your best interest.
This three part US documentary explains clearly in lay terms how our brain developed over time to equip us to survive as effective hunter-gathers but struggles to cope with our rapid change to modern lifestyles causing us significant problems unless we are alert to them. The knowledge conveyed here could be the most valuable you will ever get.
Much of the time we work on auto-pilot, acting and reacting on instinct and influencers, smart marketers and politicians can expertly exploit that for their own ends from persuading us to buy things we don't need or want or are bad for us, to polarising our opinions, turning disagreements into outright aggression. But it is possible to fight back. If you want to learn how, then this documentary is for you.

A softer option
There are various brush types to choose from and like most people I have a favourite that I use regularly but there are times when I want a softer alternative to my normal hard scrub. These are ideal for those times when your mouth or gums are sore or a bit delicate or for people who prefer a less vigorous regime. They are very efficient, giving a thorough clean and and represent excellent value for money.

Just the job.
This was my first purchase of the biggest TePe size and I have found that it well matches its smaller siblings.
It is easy to use and to keep clean. It is very effective for those wider spaces giving a good clean to the adjacent faces with just a few strokes. And with its longer bristles it reaches into the depths of pockets which can be so hard to manage.
All in all an excellent buy.
