Good budget socket
This purchase was to replace an identical model about 6 years old - this had ceased to hold the plug in place, on inspection due to the internal copper clips becoming bent. Apart from this concern over its longevity, it works fine.

Basic but does the job
The old one lasted 10 years before the motor failed, but it had become clogged with fluff and dust. The colour turns to cream over time. Perhaps a little noisy.
